In the vegetable market, you will see so many different kinds of vegetables and various meats and exotic foods. You will meet the bakers, butchers and noodle- makers and fruit and vegetable growers.
Then you will go to a native Chinese home to make the Chinese-style food—dumplings following the experienced Chinese housewife. From kneading the dough, rolling the wrappers, mixing the filling ingredients, every step you may try and then enjoy the food you made by yourself.
